Rodriguan food is a reflection of the different ethnic groups that have helped form the population. The resulting Créole cuisine has roots in Africa, India, and China.

The dishes include: Créole rougailles, Indian curries, and Chinese sweet-and-sour dishes. On Rodrigues there is the bonus of fresh sea-food from the lagoon as the base for many meals.
